Feature Requests :: New Klip Request

Author: krapanj

Now we have Klipfolio 4, with its new features, we really need a simple Calendar / notes type klip.
It should be a very simple klip, not something bloated.

A simple month calendar display, with a dynamic note window below, click a date - to navigate and enter text in the note window. The note window should autosave, when you navigate to a new date.

This would be great klip for the new sidebar.
Great as a diary, basic calendar etc.

Perhaps with todays date highlighted, and dates with entries highlighted.

It would also be a great foundation for an alarm / reminder, ical outlook integration etc.

But can any of you klip developers out there, build the basic klip, I think it would be a really useful klip, probably as popular as the weather klip.

This is one item that klipfolio needs to get more people to switch from the other programs. I know its something I miss.....
Hello all,

I tried searching for this problem here on the forums, but couldn't find anything related to my problem.

I have written a MySpace searcher that finds extended user profiles on the search page with configurable parameters (location/distance &c). I try to make the entries unique by using key: override; on the profile link. This works fine, but for all the "old" entries most of the data dissappears when the klip refreshes. All the data that dissapears is not from regular styles but was parsed and assigned from the raw HTML.

What am I doing wrong here? The new items get parsed correctly and all the data is assigned. The old items keep data from regular styles, but the data from my custom parse gets deleted. If I don't use key: override; KlipFolio does not detect duplicates and the list gets long very fast.

Regards,
Hi Batavian,

It sounds like KlipFolio does not know how to launch your web browser when you click an item in a Klip.

Check out this panel in your preferences

http://www.klipfolio.com/index.php?action=support,help_prefs#general

Try changing your settings for the choice "Open links in the following web browser:"

Please post a follow-up to this thread if the above does not work.

Regards,... Fred
Troubleshooting & Support :: RE: Ajax on your Website

	Hmmm... It should just work.

When it happens next, please copy the URL and e-mail it to us at support@serence.com. Use something like "WEB SITE ERROR" on the subject.

The key to fixing it is to be able to reproduce the problem, so any other information you can provide us when the error occurs would be helpful.

Thanks Manfred,.. Fred
